中文摘要 | 1991年8月至1996年 7月的五年間,研究者從本院眼科急診資料中,蒐集132 位 診斷為急性青光眼的病人(共143隻眼睛)。其中,罹患急性原發性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的 病患共80位91眼(佔全體病患61%),罹患睫狀體炎性青光眼危象的病患20位20眼(佔全體病 患15%),罹患新生血管性青光眼的病患共11位11眼(佔全體病患8%),其他續發性青光眼 的病患共21位21眼(佔全體病患16%)。而急性原發性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的病患年齡層分 佈以60至69歲(平均為63.5歲)為最多,男女比例為1:7,且多為遠視眼。睫狀體炎性青光 眼危象的病患年齡層分佈以30至39歲(平均為34.9)為最多,男女比例為3:2。 不論是急性原發性隅角閉鎖性青光眼或是睫狀體炎性青光眼危象的發作,在季節或月份上 的分佈並無統計上的顯著差異。同時,急性原發性隅角閉鎖性青光眼與各月份的平均氣溫 、平均氣壓、平均濕度、雲量、雨量、降雨日數、日照時數等氣象因素在統計上也並未具 有顯著的相關性。 |
英文摘要 | One hundred and thirty-two acute glaucoma patients who visited our ocular emergency service from Aug. 1991 to Jul. 1996 were analyzed. There were 80(61%) patients with acute primary angle-closure glaucoma (acute PACG), 20( 15%) patients with glaucomatocylitic crisis, and 11(8%) patients with neovascular glaucoma (NVG). While in the acute PACG group, the peak incidence occurred in the 60-69 y/o age group, that of the glaucomatocyclitic crisis group occurred in a younger age group (30-39 y/o). The ratio of female to male was 7:1 in acute PACG group, and 2:3 in glaucomatocyclitic crisis group. Neither the acute PACG group nor the glaucomatocyclitic crisis group has statistically significant difference in seasonal distribution and monthly distribution. There was also no statistically significant correlation between number of attacks and monthly mean air temperature, mean atmospheric pressure, mean relative humidity, cloud amount, rainfall amount, number of rainy days, or sunshine hours. Also, we found a preponderance of hyperopia in the acute PACG group and myopia in the glaucomatocyclitic crisis group. |
