中文摘要 | 本研究應用自組式電腦自動記錄超音波速偵測裝置,探討高性能混凝土( fc>560k g/cm ��; 坍度 = 250cm ± 20mm )之初期( 0 ∼ 100hu )與中齡期( 2,56,120,180 天)強度發展,並以抗貫入試驗及抗壓強度試驗加以比較。結果顯示,高性能混凝土之初期 性質之變化,與抗貫入強度有密切關係; 此種結果可應用來計算 HPC 之初、終凝時間及評 估晶體成長之時間,而高性性混凝土之抗壓強度與超音波速率關係曲線相關性優良,故可應 用超音波檢測技術進行高性能混凝土強度評估工作。 |
英文摘要 | The automated ultrasonic measured device was setup to study the properties of high performance concrete (HPC) from fresh to hardened stages. Penetrative test and compressive strength test of HPC were conducted simultaneously to correlate with the pulse velocity. The initial and final setting times, hydrated product growth and initial strength of HPC could be explained by pulse velocity using special specimen holder for fresh HPC. The compressive strength results are also well related to that measured by ultrasonic pulse velocity. To sum up, the application of the ultrasonic velocity is a useful way to predict the strength of HPC. |
