中文摘要 | 本文係探討高雄 85 層 T C Tower 之鋼柱內所使用之高性能混凝土 (High Performance Concrete, HPC )於品質驗證階所作筒型及原型試體,以超音波及反彈鍾等非 破壞性檢驗, 配合鑽心取樣之破壞性試驗以及鋼柱內 HPC 以超音波作檢側,以求得高性能 混凝土之品質變化。結果顯示,歷經近四年之長期乾環境下,HPC 驗證試體之抗壓強度仍可 達到 69Mpa 以上,且品質分佈及均勻性仍佳, 此印證以緻密配比之 HPC,經過長期時間後 仍具有良好的品質水準。 至於鋼柱內之 HPC 以超音波方式檢測尚無法測得其相對強度之變化 ,有待其他非破壞方法之驗證。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to study the long-term proprties of the high performance concrete used for the Kaoshiung 85-floor T C Tower. During the quality assessment stage, the Drum test and Mock-up test were used to conduct non-destructive tests by using ultrasonic pulse velocity and destructive tests were performance by taking cores and to test the HPC filling steel columns ultrasonic pulse veloecity was used. The results indicate that after passing four years in a dry environment, the compressive strength of the HPC still can reach more than 69Mpa, and the uniformity is good, too. This verifies that HPC based on the densified mixture algorithm can keep excellent quality after a long period of time. Concerning the HPC in the steel column, other available non-destructive methods must be found because the relative strength can not be tested by ultrasonic pulse velocity. |
