英文摘要 | Firstly, a coir fiberboard was made by heat pressing water-soluble phenolic resin and coir together. Then, a very good of flame retardant product is made by placing one layer of coir fiberboard between two layers of the foamed water-soluble phenolic resin, to them together, on coating both the top and bottom surfaces of the fiberboard with water-soluble phenolic resin. This product is low-cost and good for environmental protection. Next, the whole manufacturing process was examined through the Taguchi method to find out to what extent the controlling factors of making each individual part contribute to the final product respectively. The formula derived from the Taguchi method shows that three factors such as the pressure applied in heat pressing the coir fiberboard, the temperature foaming and the amount of ADCA added have more influence on the whole manufacturing process. |
