中文摘要 | 為達到環保要求,中鋼各高爐出鐵間均已裝設二次集塵系統,但三號高爐兩台二 次集塵風扇在運轉三年後,陸續發生葉片斷裂。由於原製造廠一直無法解釋葉片斷裂原因, 因此設備處即針對該風扇進行流場分析、應力分析以瞭解風扇在運轉中所承受的應力,評估 風扇是否有足夠強度,找尋葉片斷裂的原因。 該風扇是以VVVF馬達帶動,在全速和怠速兩種轉速來回運轉,經過流場及應力分析結 果,發現流體加在葉片上的負荷對於葉片斷裂處所造成的應力遠較離心力所產生的應力為 低,由於葉片承受的應力高於材料容許應力,加上葉片承受反覆應力作用,導致材料疲勞而 斷裂脫落。 |
英文摘要 | To fulfill the requirement of enviroment protection, all the blast furnaces of CSC have installed secondary dedusting system in the casting houses. After three years' operation, failures of rotor blades occurred in both secondary dedusting fans of No. 3 blast furnace. Because the manufacturer couldn't submit the reasonable explanation for these incidents, CSC decided to perform aerodynamic analysis as well as Stress analysis to calculate the stress level of the blade during opeation and evaluate the strength of the rotor. The VVVF controller was adopted to reduce energy consumption, so the fan operated back and forth between idle speed and full speed. The above analysis revealed that the stress due to air pressure was trivial compared to that due to centrifugal force. Through the analysis, it was found that the blade suffered from excessive stress as well as alternating loading. Thus, it was concluded that failure of blades was due to fatigue. |
