中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探究考後反思對英文學習歷程的影響。其目的在透過學生考後反思的 行動來瞭解五專學生對於英文閱讀課程的學習成就測驗所使用答題策略之趨向,並比較高、 低成就學生答題策略之異同;再進一步探究考後反思對學習過程之影響。本研究以嘉義技術學 院五專部86位學生之考後反思報告為資料收集對象。資料分析結果顯示:受測學生除以文法 結構之語言知識為答題策略外,多數偏向以閱讀技巧策略中對短程記憶之聯想幫助其作答。 低成就學生在語言知識與閱讀技巧兩種策略使用頻率較高成就學生低,也因此而影響其答題 之正確性。由考後反思的內容也反映出學生的學習困難、對自我學習方法的批判,從而對學 習內容的再次建構,並且由學習成果對其學習表現的自我肯定,到對下一階段的學習深自期 許。考後反思不僅能引導學生透過自我批判(self-evaluation)及自我診斷(self-diagnosis) 以面對其學習困境,更能提供具體的訊息讓師生共同尋求更有效的補救教學之道。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims to investigate the influence of post-test reflection on the learning process. The purposes are to find Out what strategies are used in the learning process of the achievement test in a reading class; to compare the strategies used by the high achievers and low achievers; then to rethink the importance of the post-reflection in the learning process. 86 subjects involved in the study were from the students of the five-year program in the National Chiayi Institute of Technology. The results of the study show: in addition to the strategies based on their linguistic knowledge, such as the sentence structure, most students tended to apply the strategy of association from their short-term memory, which is in terms of one of the important reading strategies. The frequency of either lingustic strategies or reading strategies used by low achievers was lower than high achievers. This evidence also porvided an influential explanation of the poor performance of those low achievers for the test. Besides, students' self- reports displayed their learning difficulties, critiques of their learning styles and strategies as well. During the process of self-assessment, students also reconstructed what they had learned in the previous session; they also built up more learning confidence with the result of the test. Finally, the students even showed high expectation of a better performance in the next coming session, In conclusion, post- test reflection not only helps students confront their learning hurdles but also provides more concrete diagnosis to the teacher and the students themselves to seek more effective remediation. |
