中文摘要 | 在廢水處理程序中,微生物會處在食物豐盛及缺乏的環境。這現象存在於批式活 性污泥及傳統活性污泥程序中。根據文獻報告,我們可以假設微生物為適應這交互食物豐盛 -食物缺乏的環境, 在有食物時, 微生物會將食物以高分子(如脂肪, 動物澱粉肝醣, polyhydroxybutyrate )的形式儲存。當外界的食物耗盡後,這儲存的高分子就做為生長之 用。如此微生物就能平衡其生長。微生物儲存食物的現象對一般活性污泥及硝化-脫硝程序 之可能之有利及不利處加以討論,並提出兩種省能源的硝化-脫硝程序系統。 |
英文摘要 | In wastewater treatment processes microorganisms are subjected to the feast and famine environments. For tradtional activated sbudge, cascade activated sludge, and sequencing batch processes this phenomena is more obvious. Based on literature reports it is hypothesized that in general microorganisms respond to these feast-famine enviromments by accumulating storage polymers (lipids, glycogen and polyhydroxybutyrate) when substrate is present. The storage polymers are used for growth when the external substrate is exhausted. Thus the microorganisms are capable to balance their growth. The possible advantages and disadvantages of this formation of storage polymers for activated sludege and nitrification-denitrification processes are discused. Two energy saving mitrification-denitrification processes systems are suggested. |
