中文摘要 | 影響鈦鋁介金屬合金(Ti�蚊l-Nb)超塑性質的因素有五:�`�祝菄煽僕氻堣o、鈮含量、應變速率、變形溫度及織構組織。本研究之主要目的在探討這五項因素對Ti�蚊l-Nb的超塑性質影響。實驗結果顯示Ti�蚊l-Nb的超塑性質隨著晶粒尺寸的細化、鈮含量的增加、應變速率的降低及變形溫度的提高而改善。具織構的Ti�蚊l-Nb合金的超塑性質優於無織構的Ti�蚊l-Nb合金,故可知識構的存在具有提升Ti�蚊l-Nb合金超塑性質的作用。 藉由測量具織構的Ti�蚊l-Nb合金不同方向上的超塑性質可發現具織構的Ti�蚊l-Nb合金的不等向性超塑性質。這些實驗結果皆可以伴隨差排移動的晶界滑移來解釋。 |
英文摘要 | There are five factors, i.e., grain size of �`�� phase, Nb content, texture, strain rate and deformation temperature, influencing the superplasticity of the Ti�蚊l-Nb alloy. This study is to probe into the effect of the five factors on the superplasticity of Ti�蚊l-Nb alloy. The experimental results indicate that the superplasticity of Ti�蚊l-Nb alloy can be improved by fine grain size, high Nb content, low strain rate and high deformation temperature. The superplasticity of the textured Ti�蚊l-Nb alloy is superior to that of the non-textured Ti�蚊l-Nb alloy. By measuring the superplasticity of the specimens with different elongated direction, it is found that the textured Ti�蚊l-Nb alloy exhibits anisotropic superplasticity. These results could be described by the mechanism of grain boundary sliding accommodated by dislocation motion. |
