中文摘要 | 本論文針對超塑性7475合金在520℃及簡易保護氣體環境下,探討表面處理、加壓時間、變形量等接合製程參數對於加壓接合的影響。實驗結果顯示,表面粗糙度較大,接合效果會較好,接合強度也就較高。另外,亦發現利用氫氧化鈉浸蝕能去除大部分的氧化層,可以增進接合效應。而只用硝酸浸蝕時,對7475超性鋁合金合言,會降低接合應。接合初期的塑性變形,對加接合扮演著重要的角色。固態加壓接合程序中,接合介面空隙消除的機構包括加時的瞬間變形、升溫時的塑性流變及子擴散等三個階段。 |
英文摘要 | This study was concentrated on the effects of the bonding parameters on the bonding characteristics of superplastic 7575 aluminum alloy using press-bonding technique. Experimental results show that bond strength is related to the surface treatment of the test sheets. A greater surface roughness resulted in a better bonding effect, revealing higher bond strength. Methods of etch cleaning used for surface treatment would influence the bonding effect. Using NaOH as a chemical cleaner could improve the bond strength. Bonding effect important role on the press-bonding process. The bonding mechanisms to eliminate the voids along the bond interface included instantaneous deformation on loading, plastic flow during heating and diffusion dominated mechanism. |
