| 中文摘要 | 超臨界二氧化碳已經證實可以作為疏水性紡織材料的染色媒介,但是影響染色結 果的許多因子卻未曾被討論, 本研究即針對染色壓力、溫度、釋壓方式、染料濃度、pH 值 及助劑等操作條件,探討對細丹尼聚酯織物染色性的影響。 在超臨界染色系統中,pH 值為 5 時對染色效果最有利,這應該與所使用的偶氮型分散性染料的親酸性有關,除此之外我們 也證實將織物壓吸與染料有良好溶解性 DMF 和 DMSO 可以提高染著量, 染色後也不須水洗 及烘乾的後處理。藉由適當的操作條件,超臨界二氧化碳將能夠更容易的應用在實際的染色 工程中,以除去傳統染色廢水處理的困擾。 |
| 英文摘要 | It has been demonstrated that supercritical carbon dioxide is a good medium for hydrophobic polymer dyeing, but some factors which affect the results such as pressure, temperature, dye concentration, pH value, and the addition of assistant agents still need to be understood. It has been proved that dyeing results are best at pH=5, because azo dyestuffs are acidphilic. Dye exhaustion could be raised with solvents in combination with dyestuff such as DMF and DMSO. Dying hydrophobic fabric with supercritical carbon dioxide eliminates the requirement for treating the dye solution for pollutants. |
