中文摘要 | 以臭氧通入海水養殖池中當做養殖水的前處理,是目前養殖業者在培養種蝦時 所採用的新方法。在使用此方法時,常因不明原因而造成蝦苗的死亡。本計劃探討以臭氧 化處理養殖水時,所產生的總餘氯、溶氧、酸鹼度、鹽度及臭氧濃度的變化。結果發現餘 氯最高可達3.3mg/L,此劑量足使蝦苗致死。利用反應速率式,可有效的推估殘餘氯的產 生量,並可控制餘氯濃度。處理後的養殖水呈現微鹼性,溶氧呈現過飽和狀態,而鹽度則 沒有變化。此研究結果,有助於養殖業者了解臭氧化處理後養殖水的各項因子變化,以增 加蝦苗的存活率。 |
英文摘要 | Using ozonation as a pre-treatment is a new method of water quality control in mariculture of seed shrimp. However, this method often causes mass mortality of shrimp. The aim of this study was to clarify the effects of ozonation on the chemical composition of the water, including residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, salinity and the ozone concentration. It was found that the residual chlorine in the water reached 3.3 mg/L after ozonation. The concentration was sufficient to kill shrimp. A derived model could effectively predict the concentration of residual chlorine. After treatment, the DO was over-saturation and predictable. The pH became base, and there was no change in salinity on ozone. These results increase our understanding of the effects of ozonation on mariculture water quality with the goal of increasing the survival of seed shrimp. |
