中文摘要 | 本報告為南投地區臭氧劣化應變系統的前驅研究,本文將天氣分14種類型,作為 南投高臭氧發生機率之指標。1996~1997年分析中顯示:熱帶低壓系統型天氣下成為高臭氧 日(O3≧80ppb)之機率最高,次為鋒前暖區型。1996南投地區臭氧事件日(O3≧120ppb) 有12天,其中9天的天氣型態屬熱帶低壓系統型。以7/11/1996作個案分析,逆軌跡顯示污 染物傳輸路徑來自西側的彰化,12小時的反軌跡線上Nox與NMHC排放量並無增加之現 象,氣象顯示該事件日之雲量低、日照時數長且風速低的特徵。 |
英文摘要 | As part of a study to establish a system for the early detection of environmental waming signs in Nantou county, this paper provides an analysis of the relationship between high ozone concentration and synoptic patterns in regard to local wind speed and direction. The county's period of high ozone concentration (O3≧80ppb)in 1996~1997 has been grouped into two synoptic patterns, the Tropical Depression type and the Pre-frontal Warm Section. Nine out of Twelve episodes(all which O3≧120ppb) in 1996 correspond to the Tropical Depression type. A case study of the transport path of ozone precursors in 1996 indicate that the majority of pollutants came from Changhau, located west of Nantou. The meterorological conditions which favor these episodes of high ozone concentration are long sunshine duration, minimal cloud cover and low wind velocity. |
