中文摘要 | 試驗主旨乃探討飼糧中澱粉與蛋白質不同分解率組合下,對臺灣山羊瘤胃消化與 代謝之影響。探6X6拉丁方格設計,於六頭閹山羊(體重20公斤)裝置瘤胃廔管與小腸導管, 在維持水平之飼養條件下(粗蛋白=9.5%),利用相同澱粉與蛋白質飼糧來源,但採高壓滅菌 釜與乾烘分別處理玉米與黃豆,使具不同澱粉與蛋白質分解率而搭配成六種完全混合飼糧( 三種不同玉米加熱方式X二種不同黃豆加熱方式),並利用三氧化二鉻為消化指示劑。結果 顯示,瘤胃液之pH值分布於6.32 至6.88 間,無處理之差異,平均氨態氨濃度在2.28至6.36 mg/dl。澱粉於瘤胃之消化率以高壓滅菌釜處理玉米組顯著(P<0.05)高於生玉米組(91.5 vs 81.0%),後瘤胃消化亦同(95.0 vs 92.5%)(P<0.05)。蛋白質於瘤胃之消化,生黃豆組顯著 (P<0.05)高於乾烘黃豆組(64.9 vs 55.9%)。微生物蛋白質合成量以生黃豆組顯著(P<0.01) 高於乾烘黃豆組(34.7 vs 26.7g/d),中洗纖維在瘤胃之消化以生玉米組顯著(P<0.05)高於 高壓滅菌釜處理日糧組(57.1 vs 51.8%),且生黃豆組亦顯著(P<0.01)高於熟黃豆組(56.4 vs 50.8%)。蛋白質來源以生黃豆提供,將比熟黃豆者可提高蛋白質及中洗纖維之瘤胃消化 率與較佳之微生物合成效率,而高壓滅菌釜處理加熱過之玉米比生玉米有較佳之瘤胃與後 瘤胃消化道之澱粉消化率。 |
英文摘要 | The present study was conducted mainly to investigate the ffects of various starch and protein degradability combinations on ruminal nutrient utilization of Taiwan native goats. Six ruminal and duodenal cannulated Taiwan native wether goats (body weight = 20 kg ) were fed maintaining level diet (crude protein = 9.5%) in a 6X6 Latin square design. Six experimental diets (3 corn heated × 2 soybean heated ) with the same starch and protein sources were arranged for various protein and starch degradabilities by heating soybean and autoclaving corn, respectively. Chromium oxide was used as a digestibility marker. Results showed that ruminal pH was not different among rations and ranged between 6.32 to 6.88 The ruminal NH �� -N concentations were 2.28 to 6.36 mg/dl among six groups. Ruminal and postruminal starch digestibilities were higher (P<0.05) for goats fed the autoclaved corn rations than the raw corn rations(91.5 vs 81.0%; 95.3 vs 92.5%) Rumen digestibilities of protein were higher (P<0.05) for rations containing raw soybean than heated soybean (64.9 vs 55.9%). Microbial protein synthesis was higher (P<0.01) for rations containing raw soybean than heated soybean (34.7 vs 26.7 g/d). There were higher (P<0.05) ruminal neutral detergent fiber digestibilities with the raw corn rations than the autoclaved corn rations (57.1 vs 51.8%) and for the raw soybean rations than the heated soybean rations (56.4 vs 50.8%)(P<0.01). Ruminal protein and neutral detergent fiber and microbial synthesis efficiency with the protein sources supported by raw soybean were higher than the heated soybean. There were higher starch digestibilities on ruminal and postruminal tract with the autoclaved corn than the raw corn. |
