英文摘要 | The EQ or Emotional Quotient of a person is the measure by which people can manage his or her emotion. Women with higher EQ scores appear to be happier, healthier and more intelligent than those with lower ones. As shown in literature reviews, nurses with higher EQ scores seem to deliver better patient care than those with lower scores on the same scale. The relationship between EQ and quality patient care as well as strategies to boosting nurses' EQ will be discussed further in this paper. |
