中文摘要 | 本文主要考慮在離峰負載期間,若系統發生大擾動或重載傳輸線 跳脫,致使電力供需不平衡,導致頻率快速下降時,可選擇抽蓄機組 為優先卸載的對象,停止對其供電,以保障一般電力用戶,並使系統 儘快回復正常運轉狀態。當一系統發生擾動時,其過載量可經由其頻 率變化率的初始值來得知,本文即利用偵測頻率變化率的初始值來作 為卸載的依據,同時,為了滿足系統動態的情況我們提出了一個修正 的方法,此修正方法以最後一段卸載時系統頻率之最大變化量及此時 系統所能再容忍的最大過載量來修正系統的總卸載量。經過數值模擬 後發現,我們所提的方法較之只使用低頻卸載的方法,除可在較高的 頻率下決定所欲切除之負載量,並迅速完成卸載動作外,且不會發生 卸載過量或卸載不足的情形,確實為一可行的方法。 |
英文摘要 | When a large disturbance takes place or a heavy-load transmission line trips, the power balance may be highly affected, leading to the quick drop of the frequency. Hence, the main purpose of this paper is to propose a strategy that adopts the pump-storage generating units as the highpriority shedding. With the suppression and control of the pump-storage units, the system can be restored to the normal operating state, and the reliability of supplying power to the customers will be better guaranteed. The initial rate of change of frequency was used to detect an overload when the disturbance happens. this paper presented the method to determine the load shedding criteria by detecting the initial rate of change of frequency with modification from the maximum frequency change at the last step satisfying system dynamics simultaneously. Numerical simulation results showed that the proposed method will help to determine the amount of load shedding and to trip them promptly in order to avoid over-and under-shedding. These results demonstrated the feasibility of the method. |
