中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於瞭解實習教師在集中實習之後的進步情形,以及 在集中實習之後的總省思,以作為改進集中實習的參考。為達到本研究瞭解實 習教師自我省思之目的,問卷調查和訪談是本研究蒐集資料的方法。本研究資 料的蒐集自八十一學年度到八十四學年度共計四個學年度的集中教育實習。研 究對象為國立花蓮師範學院初教系四年級各一班的學生,這些學生們都曾在花 蓮縣一所公立的特約國民小學集中實習四週。在資料整理方面是先採用歸納的 方式,並且對於填答內容不明確者再進行討論與訪談,藉此充分瞭解寶習教師 對於集中實習的省思內容。研究結果發現,實習教師在實習之後在班級經營及 教學方面都有一些進步。實習教師在集中實習之後在專業認知及自我期許方面 也獲得一些省思。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to realize the professional growth of student teachers and their general reflections after student teaching experiences which provided some improvement for student teaching. In order to fulfill the purposes stated above, survey and interview were the methods to collect the data. Data collecting started 1992-95 academic year and lasted for four academic years. The subjects were one class senior student teachers each academic year who had four week student teaching experiences at a public elementary school. The data were compiled and analyzed. If the data were blurred, the researcher then interviewed the student teachers to understand their reflections on professional growth clearly. This study found that student teachers made some progress on classroom management and instruction after student teaching experiences. This study also revealed some reflections on professional awareness and self-expectations for student teachers. |
