中文摘要 | 在整個職業與師資培育課程中,實習課程是統整所學、達成教育目標的重要過程。爲瞭解實習教師、學校與實習機構對集中實習的意見與看法,本研究以中部一所科技大學五十名幼保系實習教師、2名實習指導老師、與6名實習合作機構的輔導教師爲研究對象,透過集中實習課程的實施,針對研究對象進行問卷調查、學習省思與相關文件的蒐集,輔以訪談作爲資料的補充與釐清,並透過三角檢證之概念進行資料分析。研究發現主要從實習目標與期望、實習期間遭遇的問題與解決情形、及對未來師資培育單位實習與專業課程規劃改進建議等方面來進行探討,最後研究者依據研究發現提出未來研究與課程實施之參考與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the issues among pre-service teachers, school educators in department of Child Care and Education, and practicum instructors within teaching practice. In order to accomplish the purpose, the participants are 50 pre-service teachers in early childhood education, 2 professors in early child care and educational department, 6 teachers in practicum institutions. The researchers adopt the qualitative approach, using interview, questionnaire and documents collection, in order to understand the issues among students, university, and practicum institutions within students' teaching practice. At last, the researchers also provide a discussion and some recommendations for future study and Early child care and educational teaching practice. |
