中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討一位師範大學化學系四年級學生,在其「教學實習」課程的三週 實習教學期間,對其學習如何教學及教學態度改變的影響,並探討其影響因素。 本研究採用詮釋研究法以解釋經教室觀察、晤談、協商及討論等所收集的資料。研究結果發 現: 一、在教學實務的學習與改進方面:個案學生教師由缺乏師生互動的生疏教學行為,進展到 師生互動且順暢的教學行為。 二、對教學態度的改變方面:個案學生教師由被動消極的教學態度,進展到主動積極的教學 態度。 三、促進教學實務學習與教學態度改變的因素,來自於個案學生教師與指導教師、同儕、試 教班級學生的有效互動,促成其教學實務的學習及教學態度的正向改變。 在指導教師主導下所組成的「知識社群」(指導教師、學生教師、同儕、及研究者)在三週 的實習試教過程中,對個案學生教師實際教學的學習及教學態度的改變都有正面的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The major purposes of this study were to explore the changes and the growth on teaching, of a senior undergraduate student during a three-week teaching practicum period, to investigate the ways of this student teacher learning to teach, and to change his teaching attitude, and to explore the influential factors. The hermeneutics methodology was employed in this study to interpret the data collected from the various sources, classroom observations, interviews, mediations and discussions. The results of this study revealed that the performances and attitudes of case student teacher had been changed positively. The factor that shaped the changes was ascribed to the effective interactions which promised the cycling processes of experiential learning. The intellectual community, which included the members of the student teacher, master teacher, researcher and peers student teachers, was organized by master teacher, to help and promote the changes and professional growth of student teacher. therefore, the function of intellectual community was doing the positive contributions in this case. |
