中文摘要 | 本研究係取高屏地區紅豆田內普遍存在之叢枝內生菌根菌Glomus mosseae,接 種於盆栽紅豆,於不同時期取其根系於顯微鏡下檢查,期了解抱子發芽、感染及群棲化( colonization)之時序過程。結果顯示,抱子經9至16天萌發,菌根菌感染紅豆根系後,約 25天產生叢枝狀體,約30天產生囊胞,約80天產生厚壁胞子等構造。各不同發育期之形態 構造,均以光學及電子顯微鏡觀察攝影記錄之。本研究之結果可作為菌根菌實際應用於紅 豆田間之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Adzuki bean is one of the important economic crops in Pingtung, it' s growth and yield could be improved by the symbiosis of arbuscular- mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). It is extremely beneficial to apply AMF in field production of adzuki bean, however, the process of AMF infecting the root and forming a mycorrhiza has not yet been studied. Hence, Glomus mosseae (Nic. and Gerd.) Gerd. and Trappe, which is popular survival in the field of adzuki bean in Pingtung, was inoculated to pot cultivated adzuki bean plants during sowing. At various stages of the symbiotic association, roots were sampled to investigate the process of spore germination, infection and colonization in adzuki bean. The experiment revealed that it would take 9 to 16 days for the gerinination of Glomus spores, 25 days for the outgrowth of arbuscules, 30days for vesicles and 80 days for chlamydospores formation. The morphological structure of mycorrhizal colonization at different stages within the roots of adzuki bean were observed and photographed with light and electron microscopies. The understanding of the morphology of adzuki bean mycorrhiza is an essential approach to the application of VAMF in the field. |
