中文摘要 | 本研究以水果之后-山竹( Garcinia mangostana L. )果之果殼為研究對象, 進行所含花青素之分離、純化、結構鑑定以及抗氧化性探討。將山竹果殼以含酸甲醇萃取、 濃縮後經各種層析法分離純化, 再利用各種光譜分析法進行鑑定, 得知其主要花青素為 cyanidin-3- ο - β -sophoroside, 此花青素於硫氰酸鐵法檢測中具有與α - 生育醇相 當的抗氧化效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify the major anthocyanin from the fruit hulls of Garcinia mangostana L. and determine the antioxidative acitivity of the isolated anthocyanin. The acidic methanol extract of the fruit hulls of G. mangostana L. was fractionated and purified by various chromatographies to obtain a major anthocyanin and identified as cyanidin-3- ο - β -sophoroside by the instrumental analysis. The antioxidative activity of the isolated anthocyanin was nearly equal to that of α -tocopherol as measured by the ferric thiocyanated method. |
