中文摘要 | 本研究探討鈷、鉻等二類金屬與人體血清白蛋白之吸附容量及結合性質,並探討金 屬結合對人體血清白蛋白分子構形之影響。其中吸附容量及結合性質之判定,以吸附等溫線 測定來進行;而蛋白質構形變化則以圓二色旋光度(CD, Circular Dichroism)之測定進行評估。 結果顯示血清白蛋白與鈷、鉻之結合可能屬多層吸附,其對鈷之結台乃一放熱反應,而 其與鉻之結合則為一吸熱反應。另外,此二金屬與人體血清白蛋白之結合造成血清白蛋白分 子二級結構之變化。 |
英文摘要 | The binding reaction of human serum albumin onto cobalt or chromium particles is investigated in this study. The binding capacity and other binding properties were analyzed by adsorption isotherms. The conformational change of the protein was assessed by circular dichroism spectroscopy. Results showed that the binding of human serum albumin onto the cobalt particle was an exothermic reaction, while its binding onto the chromium particle was an endothermic one. The maximum adsorption of serum albumin onto cobalt or chromium particles seemed to form multilayers. And the adsorption led to the change in the secondary structure of the serum albumin. |
