中文摘要 | 四物湯、補中益氣湯、六君子湯、歸脾湯、人參養榮湯、百合 固金湯、八珍湯、麻黃湯、桂枝湯、葛根湯、柴葛解肌湯、九味羌 沽湯、麻杏甘石湯、定喘湯、疏經活血湯、獨活寄生湯、黃連解毒 湯、龍膽瀉肝湯、辛夷清肺湯、清肺湯等20個基準方濃縮製劑之 鉛、銅、鎘、砷、汞、鋅、鉍、銻等八種重金屬總量除各只一個廠 家之人參養榮湯為142.0ppm,獨活寄生湯為67.1ppm,桂枝湯為 53.2ppm,其餘296件產品均在50ppm以下,建議類此植物性藥材組 成方劑之重金屬限量可設定在50ppm以下。四物湯、補中益氣湯、 葛根湯、獨活寄生湯、黃連解毒湯、龍膽瀉肝湯及清肺湯等11件傳 統製劑(散劑及丸劑)之重金屬含量測定結果介於>30∼≦40ppm者 4件,>40∼≦50ppm者3件,>50∼≦60ppm者2件,>60∼≦ 80ppm者1件,>80∼≦130ppm者1件,高於濃縮製劑。上述基準方 製劑之重金屬以鉛標準液比色法測定重金屬限量範圍與上述原子吸 光光譜法測定值相近。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, eight kinds of heavy metals, including lead, copper, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, zinc, bismuth, and antimony in twenty unified formulas of traditional Chinese medicines contained concentrated dosage form were determinated respectively by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The unidied formulas were Shy-Wuh-TAng(四物湯),Buu-Jong-Yih-Chin- Tang (補中益氣湯),Liow-Jium-Tzyy-Tang(六君子湯),Guei-Pyi-Tang(歸 脾湯),Ren-Shen-Yeang-rong-Tang(人參養榮湯),Bae-HerGuh-Jin- Tang(百合固金湯),Ba-Jen-Tang(八珍湯),Ma-Hwang-Tang(麻黃湯), Guey-Jy-Tang(桂枝湯),Ger-Gen-Tang(葛根湯),Chair-Gen-Jiee-Ji- Tang(柴葛解肌湯),Shin-Ti-Ching-Fey-Tang(九味羌活湯),Ma- Shing-Gan-Shyrr-Tang(麻杏甘石湯),Ding-Choan-Tang(定喘湯),Shu- Jing-Hwo-Shiueh-Tang(疏經活血湯),Dwu-Hwo-Jin-Sheng-Tang(獨活寄 生湯),Hwang-Lian-Jiee-Dwu-Tang(黃連解毒湯),Long-Daan-Shieh- Gan-Tang(龍膽瀉肝湯),For each formular eleven to thirteen kinds of Ching-Fey-Tang(清肺湯),for each formular eleven to thirteen kinds of brand products were collected to give samples of 299. Total amount of eight kinds of heavy metals for 296 samples were below 50 ppm excluding one sample of each Ren-Shen-Yeang-Rong- Tang(142ppm), Dwu-Hwo-Jin-Sheng-Tang(67.1ppm) and Guey-Jy- Tang(53.2ppm)The total amount of heavy metals in unified formulas mentioned above were also determinated by colorimetry. The results for both methods are similar. |
