中文摘要 | 為調查中藥材中鉛、鎘、汞、砷及銅等五種元素含量背景值,本計畫以感應耦合電漿質譜儀 (ICP/MS)進行川牛膝、北沙參、白芷、芎藭 (川芎 )、防風、紅花、桂枝、綿茵陳、穀芽及牛膝等 10種中藥材之鉛、鎘、汞、砷及銅等五種元素含量背景值調查, 10種藥材之五種重金屬含量 80th%位數值範圍分別為鉛 0.19-6.53 ppm、鎘 0.04-1.68 ppm、汞 0.01-0.05 ppm、砷 0.09-2.34 ppm及銅 3.84-20.24 ppm。本結果可提供行政管理單位制訂限量標準之重要參考。 |
英文摘要 | The limitation of heavy metals in raw materials is an important issue in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM). The amounts of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), arsenic (As) and copper (Cu) in 10 samples of raw materials, including Cyathulae Radix, Glehniae Radix, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Carthami flos, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Artemisiae Scopariae Herba, Oryzae Germinatus Fructus and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, were determined by ICP/MS (inductively coupled plasma/mass spectrometry). The 80th percentile of each heavy metal in the raw materials fell in the range of 0.196.53 ppm for Pb, 0.04-1.68 ppm for Cd, 0.01-0.05 ppm for Hg, 0.09-2.34 ppm for As and 3.84-20.24 ppm for Cu. These results could be used as a reference for the limitation assessment of heavy metals in raw materials of TCM by the regulatory authority in Taiwan. |
