中文摘要 | 中藥材重金屬限量標準係中藥品質管制重要規範之ㄧ,本計畫以感應耦合電漿質譜儀(ICP/MS)進行木瓜、大棗、麥門冬、丹參、芡實、小茴香、荊芥、黃柏、桑白皮、枸杞子、牡丹皮、赤芍、三七、知母、延胡索、厚朴、柴胡、陳皮、杏仁、桃仁、石膏、龍骨與牡蠣等23種中藥材之鉛、銅、鎘、汞、砷等五種重金屬含量背景值調查,23種藥材中五種重金屬含量之80%位數值範圍分別為鉛:<0.15∼4.71 ppm、銅:<1∼19.21 ppm、鎘:<0.015∼1.04 ppm、汞:N.D.∼0.06 ppm及砷:0.06∼14.44 ppm。木瓜等20種植物性藥材之最低偵測極限分別為鉛0.015 ppm、銅0.1 ppm、鎘0.0015 ppm、汞0.01 ppm及砷0.001 ppm;石膏、牡犡與龍骨之最低偵測極限分別為鉛0.15 ppm、銅1 ppm、鎘0.015 ppm、汞0.1 ppm及砷0.01 ppm。由於大部份中藥材均尚未訂定相關之重金屬限量標準,本實驗所得數據可作為行政管理單位制定限量標準之重要參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | The limitation of heavy metals in raw materials is an important issue for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. The amounts of lead (Pb), copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg) and arsenic (As) in Chaenomilis Fructus, Jujubae Fructus, Ophiopogonis Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Euryales Semen, Foeniculi Fructus, Schizonepetae Herba, Phellodendri Cortex, Mori Cortex, Lycii Fructus, Moutan Radicis Cortex, Paeoniae Rubra Radix, Notoginseng Radix, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Corydalis Rhizoma, Magnoliae Cortex, Bupleuri Radix, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Armeniacae Amarum Semen, Persicae Semen, Fibrosum Gypsum, Draconis Os and Ostreae Concha were determined by ICP-MS (Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry). The 80th percentile of each heavy metal in TCM fell in range of <0.15∼4.71 ppm for Pb, <1∼19.21 ppm for Cu, <0.015∼1.04 ppm for Cd, N.D.∼0.06 ppm for Hg, and 0.06∼14.44 ppm for As, respectively. For Fibrosum Gypsum、Draconis Os and Ostreae Concha, the detection limits of Pb, Cu, Cd, Hg and As were 0.15, 1, 0.015, 0.1 and 0.01 ppm, respectively. For others, the detection limits of Pb, Cu, Cd, Hg and As were 0.015, 0.1, 0.0015, 0.01 and 0.001 ppm, respectively. These survey data could provide the limitation assessment of heavy metals in raw materials of TCM for the regulatory authority. |
