中文摘要 | 為了因應日益嚴重的水污染問題,本研究使用專家系統的架構及類神經網路模式化的理論,設計類神經網路式專家系統以支援污水廠的操作。與傳統專家系統主要的不同是,類神經網路式專家系統知識庫中的知識是隱涵於網路的連結加權中,因此可以藉著類神經網路的學習能力,自動從污水廠的操作資料中抽取其內在的操作規則,配合控制理論及操作策略,使污水廠的運作得以掌握。本研究並提出以網路輸入變數的敏感度分析來決定網路的輸入向量,結果發現使用這種方法建立的網路模式其效能非常良好。 |
英文摘要 | For solving the problem of serious water pollution, we use the scheme of expert system and neural network theory to design a neural expert system for supporting th eoperation of wastewater plants. The main differ-ence between classical and neural expert system design is the knowledge of neural expert system was hidden in the weight of connections. By using the learning ability of neural network, we can extract the internal opera-tional rules of wastewater treatment plants from historical data. Then inte-grating the control theory and operational strategy, we can handle and keep the operation of wastewater treatment plants normally. Sensitivity analysis of input variables to select vector of input layer are also proposed in this study. The results show this neural network approach is very effec-tive. |
