中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是在研擬一份「學前教育機構之開放式教學模式」的可行性方案。為達成此目的,研究者設定了現實性、理想性、可行性與共識等四個規準作為研究過程努力的目標。在此四個規準之下,調查、訪問、文獻探討以及詮釋循環訪談等是本研究所採用的主要方法。本研究調查了三十二位學前教育工作者,以了解其在實施開放教育時所面臨的困難,並訪談了開放式教育機構的園、所長,工作人員等共二十一名。另外,也訪談了師資教育工作者六名,共計訪談了二十七位。本研究就學前教育機構的開放式教學模式提出一個可行性方案,包含了解實施開放式教育所面臨的困難,課程規劃與教材設計、學習空間、教師角色、教學方法、學生學習與成就評量及諮詢服務等。針對研究結果,本研究對於實施開放式教學的學前教育機構提出十個建議,並對於未來的研究提出兩點建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to develop an executive instructional model of the open classroom in the pre-school. In order to fulfill the purpose, this study set four criteria: reality, ideal, execution and consentience. Research methods of survey, literature review and hermeneutic circle were employed in this study. Thirty-two teachers work in the open classroom of the preschools were surveyed in order to find out the difficulties they had in their schools. Hermeneutic circle method was used to interview twenty-one directors and teachers who work in the open classroom of the pre-schools. Six early childhood teacher educators were interviewed as well. This study resulted in an executive instructional model of the open classroom in the pre-school. This model includes understanding the difficulties of implementing open education, the organization of the curriculum and selection learning materials, learning environment, teacher's role, instructional methods, learning methods and student evaluations, and consulting services. Finally, this study revealed several suggestions for implementing this executive model and conducting the future research. |
