中文摘要 | 本文主要目的在於探討影響上漿紗乾分紗性之成因,為了有效模擬上漿紗乾分紗力,首先利用紗線物性動態測試儀 (CTT) 發展出量測上漿紗乾分紗力的方法。基於該方法再分別對漿料粘度、CMC (Carboxy methyl cellulose) 漿料添加量與大氣溼度等因素探討其對於上漿紗乾分紗力所造成的影響。結果發現分紗力隨漿料粘度的上升而上升,同時適度的添加CMC漿料也能有效地降低上漿紗之乾分紗力。最後研究中發現由PVA漿料所漿得之上漿紗,其乾分紗力也會隨其大氣溼度的增加而下降,但是降福並不大。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is to study the effects which influence the separating force during sizing. First, a measurement based on Lawson-Hemphill Constant Tension Transport machine was developed to measure the separating force of sized yarn. Viscosity, CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose), and moisture were then chosen to find out their influence. The results show that the separating force of sized yarn is increased with the size viscosity, and it will effectively reduce the separating force to a certain extent of CMC addition. Last, the separating force will decrease as the moisture increases. |
