中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討熱逆境下水耕小白菜生理反應與葉溫間的定量關係。試驗結果顯 示,對處於臺灣夏季設施內高溫逆境下的水耕小白菜而言,雖然葉片會產生暫時萎凋的現象 ,但葉片的氣孔並不會完全關閉,仍有旺盛的蒸散作用存在。小白菜葉綠體中捕光色素系統 在葉溫達 38 ℃時仍不會受到影響,但是當葉溫達 30 ℃以上時,可能因葉片氣孔開度減小 使得 CO �窄i入受到阻礙,使得光合作用效率降低;加上小白菜的呼吸消耗,致使最終之淨 光合成率在葉溫 30 ℃時達到最大值。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to study the quantitative relations between physiological reactions and leaf temperatures of Chinese cabbages. Results indicated that though temporal wilting was developed under high temperature stress, high leaf transpiration still continued. The light-harvesting pigment systems of chloroplast have remained intact even when leaf temperature went up to 38 ℃. However, the efficiency of photosynthesis was limited by available internal Co �� when leaf temperature reached 30 ℃ as a result of lowering stomatal conductance. The leaf temperature for maximal net photosynthetic rate was about 30℃。 |
