中文摘要 | 以共振螢光及譜及非共振螢光光譜研究5種有機防曬劑:Eusolex 9020(Butyl methoxydibenzoyl methane),Eusolex 232(Phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid),Eusolex 4360(Benzophenone-3),Eusolex 2292(Octylmethoxycinnamate),以及Eusolex 6300(4-Methyl benzylidene camphor),發現在共振螢光光譜中其各發射波長(僅記最短者)為421nm,345nm,380nm,383nm以及357nm。而在非共振螢光光譜中則依序各為421nm,345nm,382nm,380nm以及365nm。證明這些防曬劑可能無真正完全之防曬效果,於長時間之照射下,即使其螢光量子產率(Fluorescence Quantum yield)再低,皮膚所感受到之二次幅射,其波長仍落在紫外線區,而長期暴曬下,應有可預期之不良效應產生。本研究指出若能於配方中,另加一移波劑(Wave shifter),則可以將以上之紫外線發射波再次吸收,發射成更長(落於可視光區)之波長,如此則更可以保證防曬之效果。 |
英文摘要 | Five categories of sun-screen agents were investigated for both resonating and non-resonating fluorescence spectra, which involved Eusolex 9020 (Butyl methoxydibenzoyl methane),Eusolex 232(Phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid),Eusolex 4360(Benzophenone-3),Eusolex 2292(Octylmethoxycinnamate),and Eusolex 6300(4-Methyl benzylidene camphor).The secondary emitted fluorescence spectra resulting from resonating fluorescence exhibited at 421nm, 345nm, 380nm, 383nm and 357nm, while from non-resonating ones 421n, 345nm, 382nm, 380nm and 365nm for the above chemicals respectively, implying that their sun-screen effect remains doubtful, leaving a problem of quantum efficiency yield (QEY) to be examined further. Consequently, the damage could occur, provided that the QEY is high and the exposure time is long enough. The suggestion is that in compounding such a sun-screen preparative, a wave shifter is recommended which can primarily absorb the incident radiation and reemit with a longer wave length to avoid possible damages caused by the incident beam, thus to secure a more profound sun-screening effete. |
