中文摘要 | 本文旨在以文獻分析的方法,探討民國初年教育家陶行知的教育思想與教育改革運 動,以提供當前教育的啟示。首先,探討陶行知的教育思想與主張,其次,探究陶行知推行 的主要教育改革運動,平民教育運動、鄉村教育運動,工學團運動、育才學校、社會大學運 動。最後,從陶行知的教育思想與教育改革運動中獲得五項啟示: 1教育改革應兼顧我國國情,避免過度西化。 2加強學校與社區的互動,並推展學校社區化、社區學校化。 3培育優秀人力資源,來改善城鄉教育均衡。 4師範院校應加強實務課程。 5加強教師的敬業態度和關懷精神以改善當前的師生關係。 |
英文摘要 | The article focuses on the documentary analysis to discuss the educationist Tao Heng-Chih's education thought and education movement in order to present the enlightment for the current education. First, to discuss his life education thought. Second, to discuss his education movements. Finally, I present five points for education improvement as followings. 1.The education revolution should concern the native situations in order to avoid over western-civilized. 2.Reinforce the attachment of schools and communities. 3.Use human resources to improve the balance between urban education and country education. 4.The practical curriculum should be reinforced in teachers' colledges. 5.Reinforce a teacher's devotional attitude and caring spirit. |
