中文摘要 | 年來教育改革的議題終於浮上了檯面,各種口號被吵嚷地漫天塵囂,但是教育也 在青少年犯罪頻傳、社會暴力瀰漫的種種社會事件的轟擊下,成了眾矢之的,教育改革似乎 是目前唯一的出路。但是在一連串甚囂塵上的改革口號背後,是否有一統整的教育理念支持 ﹖而這樣的改革是否真能符合我們的需要﹖面對教育的大計,該戒急用忍,還是該大刀闊斧 呢﹖卡爾波普不僅為二十世紀科學哲學的大家,對於政治社會的發展亦有其獨到見解,本文 擬從波普批判理性哲學及其政治社會觀點出發,探討這一波趨勢下的教育改革,並期對教改 未來的方向能提出不同的思考方向。 |
英文摘要 | This study was an attempt to introduce the philosophy of Karl Popper, one of the most outstanding scientific philosopher since 20th century, and to review & explore the problems that face us behind numerous slogans of reforming education. "Falsification" and "Open Society" are viewed as fundamental aspects of Popper's philosophy. "Falsificationism" is the central idea of his epistemology that enables us to exam what we encounter in a different way; and "Open Society" is described as an ideal type of human society through "Piecemental Social Engineering" in his masterpiece, which offers a reflection on social reforming. Taiwan's education is at present in a difficult situation. Education has become a condemnation and reforming seems to be the only access despite of endeavor we made. Hence we expect to reflect the current problems of reforming education, and to exam from Popper's aspects. |
