中文摘要 | 為進一步探討風扇轉速對乾燥速率、乾燥品質與電力消耗之影響,特以 3 cm 之 香楠為試材,就 1 段 (100rpm) 與 3 段 (1000 rpm,600 rpm,300 rpm) 風扇馬達轉速進 行試驗。 結果顯示:3 段轉速對乾燥速率與乾燥品質毫無減緩與降低之影響;採行 3 段轉 速可節省電力 21% 以上; 此外,3 段轉速對加熱系統之能源消耗,亦具有極高之節省功效 。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research was to make a further evaluation on the effects of fan speed on drying rate, drying quality, and electricity consumption during kiln drying of wood. 1-speed (rpm=1000) and 3-speed (green ~ 35% M. C., rpm=1000; 35% ~ 20% M.C., rpm=600; 20% ~ final percentage M. C., rpm = 300) fan motors were used for this study. The test material was 3 cm X 15 cm X 160 cm Machilus zuihoensis. The results of this study indicate that: 1.Neither the drying rate nor drying quality were reduced or degraded by using a-3-speed fan motor system. 2.The electrical power consumption of the circulation system was reduced by more than 21% by using the 3-speed fan motor system, and the energy consumption of the heating system was also reduced a great deal by 3-speed fans. |
