中文摘要 | 在乳牛餵飼採用完全日糧(TMR)被推廣後,國內酪農引進多種不同型式的設備改裝 使用,無論直接或間接的效益,逐漸顯現,對機械功能度的改善要求日殷,適地性與本土化 更為迫切。 在經引進改良組裝一部自走式 TMR 調製餵飼車,以傳統慣用方式配合芻料質性 分析,安排投料順位,予以試驗。在定油量暫置現場固定位置作業,其穩定度因累計入料量 的負載,引起的入力軸轉速降低率,最大為 9.5 %,兩者間有 R-Squared 79.50 %的正相 關,入料停止後並有回復的趨勢。芻料長度變化,分析得知,細莖草料如苜蓿與百慕達乾草 ,以方包形投入,作業前後有 3.5 倍差異, 高莖草則無變化,顯示該設備對此二類乾草略 有折裂效果。 混合調製後的 TMR 比重為 0.218 ∼ 0.233 間,均度方面,經質性與化性成 份分布測定結果, 其變異係數以含水率 1.1 %最低,其次為鎂 3.4 %與粗蛋白 3.8 %, 超過 10 %的鉀 11.5 %最高,顯示不同精、粗料間混合的親合度高,均勻度評比在「佳」 的標準上,此表示投料順位安排是合宜的,該設備本土化是適合的,但如何予以安全規範是 很重要的問題。 |
英文摘要 | Many different types of TMR equipment were imported by domestic dairy farmer after the total mixed ration was extended in dairy cattle feeding. The directly or indirectly efficiencies were visual gradually. It is important that improvement and localization for the machinery function. A self-propelled TMR mixed and feeder wagon was imported and reassembled in this research. This wagon was test through traditional method with forage properties analysis and forage entering arrangement. This wagon was temporarily placed a fixed location and kept a constant engine speed. The stability between the amount of total mixer forage and the rotating speed decreasing ratio of engine, maximum is 9.5%, is R �� =0.795 positive relationship. It returned to original state after stopping input forage. About length change of forage after analysis, it has 3.5 times difference before and after operation using slender stem forage, such as alfalfa hay and bamuda hay, with square shape entering. But higher stem forage has no change, it means this equipment can break both of hays, alfalfa and bamuda hays. The specific gravity of TMR forage is between 0.218 and 0.233 after mixed and feeding. For the property and chemical property distribution result for uniformity, the lowest statistic variance coefficient is 1.1% for moisture and then 3.4% for magnesium and 3.8% for raw proteins. The statistic variance coefficient over 10% is 11.5% for potassium. It means that intimate relationship of different concentrate and roughage mixing is high. The arrangement of forage entering is suitable because the evaluation of uniformity is good. It is suitable for localize machinery. But it is important how to set up the rule of safety. |
