中文摘要 | 臺灣赤楊(Alnus formosana Mak.)常在本省林區之崩場地及沖蝕裸露地天然更新 。本研究在不同人工光質與溫控,及林地自然光質與溫度條件下,進行臺灣赤楊種子之發芽 試驗。試驗結果發現,臺灣赤楊種子之發芽需光性甚高,紅光 (660 nm) 能促進其發芽率, 而遠紅光 (730 nm) 則會抑制其發芽率,並有光逆轉的現象,顯示臺灣赤楊種子具有光敏性 。又藍色及綠色玻璃紙濾過的光線,對臺灣赤楊種子的發芽有抑制作用,而白色、黃色、及 紅色玻璃紙濾過的光線,對臺灣赤楊種子的發芽則有促進作用。將臺灣赤楊種子置入內有濕 潤濾紙,並以保鮮膜包覆之培養皿中,在林間不同覆蓋條件下,進行發芽試驗。結果顯示, 全無覆蓋者之臺灣赤楊種子發芽率最高 (76.8 % )、 覆蓋 1 cm 土壤者之發芽率次之 (24.0 % ),覆蓋 3cm 土壤者之發芽率又次之 (22.7 % ),於 30 年生柳杉林內者之發芽 率最低 (7.6 % )。 光譜幅射計之測定值顯示,空曠林地之光譜照射度紅光:遠紅光 R:FR 值為 1;而柳杉林內之光譜照射度以遠紅光者較高,紅光:遠紅光 R:FR 值為 0.5。研究結 果顯示,臺灣赤楊種子之發芽與光敏性有關,且光質對臺灣赤楊之天然更新扮演重要的角色 。 |
英文摘要 | Formosan alder (Alnus formosana) is usually regenerated on collapsed and eroded open land. In this study, germination of Formosan alder seeds was tested under different light conditions. The results revealed that seed germination was highly light dependent. Red light (660nm) could promote germination, whereas, far-red light (730nm) might inhibit germination. Its germination had phytochrome phtoreversibility phenomenon. Formosan alder seed had phytochrome sensitivity. Light filtered through blue and green colored plastic paper inhibited seed germination, however, light filtered through white, yellow, and red colored plastic paper promoted seed germination. Seeds in sealed Petri dishes were tested under different cover conditions in stands. Germination was highest in open land (70.8%), intermediate in cover with 1cm soil (24.0%), then in cover with 3cm soil (22.7%), and lowest in sugi stands (7.6%). The spectral irradiance detected with spectroradiometer indicated that open stand had red:far-red light ratio of 1, whereas, sugi canopy reduced the ratio to 0.5. This study demonstrated that germination of Formosan alder seed was related to phytochrome sensitivity, and light quality played an important role in nautral regeneration of Formosan alder. |
