中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解幼稚園園長領導型式、教師準備度與組織效能的關係。本研究兼採 文獻分析、訪談及問卷調查三種方法,問卷調查研究對象取自臺北市、臺北縣、基隆市與宜 蘭縣之494位公、私立幼稚園教師;另對4位教師進行訪談。本研究結論如下: 一、幼稚園園長偏向採取推銷式(高任務高關係)的領導型式。 二、幼稚園園長領導型式受其幼稚園規模與幼稚園性質的影響。 三、幼稚園教師準備度偏向於高準備度(R4)。 四、幼稚園教師準備度受其教師教學年資和幼稚園規模的影響。 五、幼稚園園長領導效能屬中等程度;但幼稚園整體組織效能頗高。 六、幼稚園整體組織效能與園長領導效能具有相關。 七、幼稚園園長領導型式、教師準備度與整體組織效能有差異存在。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to explore and analyze the relationships among kindergarten directors' leadership styles, teachers' readiness levels, and organizational effectiveness. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used. 494 kindergarten teachers were randomly sampled from kindergartens in Taipei city, Taipei county, Keelung city, and Yilan county for our questionnaire survey. Also, in-depth interviews were conducted to four teachers. The conclusions were provided as follows: ぇ Kindergarten directors preferred "selling" leadership style, i.e., high task and high relationship. え The leadership style of kindergarten directors was affected by the size and the type of kindergarten. ぉ The readiness level of kindergarten teachers was high. お Teachers' years of teaching and kindergarten size could affect the readiness level of kindergarten teachers. か The leadership effectiveness of kindergarten directors was average; yet the overall organizational effectiveness of kindergartens was high. が A statistically significant relationship was found between kindergartens' overall organizational effectiveness and directors' leadership effectiveness. |
