中文摘要 | 師資培育法通過後的師資培育將走向更為競爭的環境,精進師資培育之水準,已是 師資培育機構在變遷過程最大的共識。本研究嚐試在教學方法課程中以一位職前教師教導一 位國小學生之個別式教學方式,提供現有職前教師培育的另外一種專業能力養成之途徑。本 研究評估個別式教學實施後之成效並發掘促使個別式教學實施成功之因素。主要研究問題為 :1.職前教師對參與個別式教學的情形、態度與心得如何﹖2.職前教師性別是否影響參 與個別式教學的態度與心得﹖3.那些因素影響職前教師參與個別式教學的態度﹖研究工具 採自編之「職前教師個別式教學經驗意見表」,在活動進行後施測,經描述性統計分析,t -檢定,相關統計分析後,得到以下結論: 一、個別式教學可為一個職前教師與小學生共同成長的愉快學習歷程。 二、個別式教學對小學生之學習與成長、對社區之互動與提昇、對自我的專業認識能力之提 高,有明顯之貢獻。 三、男、女職前教師間,對個別式教學之態度未見顯著不同。 四、職前教師對參與個別式教學整體態度之因素,主要決定於接觸教學對象後的各種情況與 感受。 五、師生間之關係與互動愈佳,職前教師愈覺得有所收穫與貢獻,則整體態度也將愈佳。 六、職前教師之整體態度愈佳,則愈願意長期投入個別式教學活動。 研究者同時根據實際經驗與研究所得對未來職前教師之個別式教學提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | The innovation of teacher preparation in Taiwan has forced teacher preparation institute into a market of competition. In order to better prepare elementary science teacher, this study developed an one-on-one tutoring program for student teachers. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the effectiveness of the early field experience program and to formulate factors contributive to the success of this program. A questionnaire-The Student Teacher's one-on-one Tutoring Experience, is developed in this study for data collection. Statistic methods used include: descriptive statistic, t-test, and correlation analysis. Some conclusions of this study are: 1.The tutoring experience program is a pleasant experience both for student teachers and elementary students. 2.The student teaching involving elementary students and community contributes to the growth of student teacher, and elementary students as well is regarded to be valuable for the community. 3.No significant difference was found in student teacher's attitude toward this tutoring experience in terms of gender. 4.Student teacher's attitude toward the tutoring experience is mostly decided by circumstances and reachions after working with elementary student. 5.The better the interaction between the tutor and the tutee, the more reward in personal growth; and the more contribution to the others, the better attitude student teachers have toward the whole program. 6.The better attitude student teachers have, the more student teachers are likely to devote to a long-term tutoring assignment. Some suggestions are also proposed. |
