中文摘要 | 管理者進行產能決策時,必需考慮供給面的限制與需求面的變動。在供給方面為 原料投入的量與質;在需求方面則為顧客訂單的樣與量。本文之目的即就此投入與產出的限 制,針對群組佈置系統中同一製造單元內各製程之機具群,考慮其產能的可用率與製程的良 率兩項基本影響因素,再由供給面及需求面分別發展決定平衡產能之前推與回拉的簡易演算 法則,以計算各製程達到平衡時所需之產能,及最適機具數量,並以製程實際產出取代設計 產能、有效產能或實際產能作為判斷製程瓶頸所在之依據。 |
英文摘要 | In making a capacity decision, consideration should be given to the constraints of input and output, which include the raw material supplied by the vendor and the customer's demand for the end products. This paper develops two approaches to determining the optimal capacity of a process and the adequate number of machines for manufacturing cells. The push forward and pull backward approaches, which involve variables such as capacity availability and the fraction of acceptable products, were considered. Instead of using design capacity, effective capacity and actual caapacity, a different procedure based on actual output was specially adapted to search for the bottleneck in the process capacity. |
