中文摘要 | 近年來由於環保呼聲高漲,而利用再生能源發電之研究發展益受關切,為此,本 公司自第二次能源危機以來,便積極從事相關技術資料之收集,經衡各式再生能源發電技術 現況及本地區環境條件特性,爰選擇風力、波浪、海洋溫差及太陽能等項進行資料蒐集、廠 址選擇、發電系統研究等規劃工作。台灣本島擁有1448公里的海岸線,沿海地區由於受到 季風的吹襲,經年波濤洶湧,波浪能源蘊藏豐富。台電公司自1987年開始即針對台灣四周 沿海及各主要離島進行波能評估,研究結果顯示北部海域及離島地區較具潛力,每公尺為 13kw,東部及西北沿海居次,每公尺為7kw,西南及南部沿海較差,每公尺僅3kw。並依 此結果進行候選廠址及先導型波浪發電之規劃與概念設計。本文摘述國內外波浪發電技術現 況趨勢與應用經驗,及進行可行性研究時應注意項目,並建議本省地區未來開發利用波浪發 電之可行方向就教於各位,俾供建立波浪發電工程規劃準則之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Since the two oil crises in 1970s, stable energy supply has become a very important issue worldwide, especially in these countries deficient in indigenous energy resources like Taiwan. Meanwhile, increasing environmental protection awareness call for sustainable development of national resources. Under such condition, Taipower has been actively participating in those studies and selected wind power, OTEC, wave power, and solar energy for in-deep and systematic investigation. The total coastal length in the Taiwan island is 1448KM. The coastal area is constantly subjected to monsoons throughout the year and is therefore rich in wave power resources. Since 1987 Taipower has started to investigate the coast of the Taiwan island and the prime remote islands on the feasibility of using wave power. Results show that the northern coasts in the Taiwan island and some area of remote islands have higher potentials with 13kw/m, the eastern and northwestern coastal area of the main island are next in wave power potentials of 7kw/m and southwest and that of south coast is 3kw/m. In accordance with the results, Taipower proceeded the site selection and pilot wave plant planning and conceptually design. This paper summarized foreign and Taipower's wave power project experience during the recent years as the reference for the wave power project planning criteria. |
