中文摘要 | 本研究採用田口式實驗方法 (Taguchi's Method),將 SUS304 不�袗�置於雕模放 電加工機中進行放電加工實驗,改變電極極性、放電電流、脈衝時間、衝擊係數等四項參數 ,探討材料去除率、表面粗糙度及重極消耗率等加工特性,並尋找材料去除率與表面粗糙度 最佳化之參數。 由 ANOVA 計算結果顯示:影響材料去除率的主要參數為放電極性、其次為放電電流,負極 性加工優於工極性加工,以負極性加工時材料去除率與電流大小成正比例關係。影響表面粗 糙度的主要參數為放電電流、其次為脈衝時間,表面粗糙度 Ra 值隨放電電流增加而增加。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is to study SUS304 in EDM; that is, the project begins with design of experiments of Taguchi Method, find out the four factors of machining characteristics which have influences on material removal rate, surface roughne ss and electrode wear rate: the first is Polarity, the second is Peak Current, the third is Pulse Duration, and the fourth is Duty Factor; besides, achieve o ptimal machining conditions with respect of maximum material removal rate and minimum surface roughness. The most important factor is Polarity, the second is Peak Current from ANOVA ca lculation, this presence occurs material removel rate is expect value. Negative polarity is the better material removal rate in EDM, as observed from comparis on with straight polarity. Under the negative polarity conditions used, M.R.R. proximately proportional to the magnitude. of Peak Current. When surface reug hness ix expect value; hence, the most important factor is Peak Current, the second is Pulse Duration. Surface roughness increase as Peak Current. |
