中文摘要 | 本文主要在探討科學史融入科學教學之相關議題,其中涉及的範圍包括科學史的 個案研究、融入科學史的教材教法、具有融合科學史於教材教法之教學專業知能的師資、以 及在此等科學教學條件之下學生的成長等方面。本文強調,有必要建立一個將科學史融入教 材教法中的實踐模式,以提供科學教師分析、專換、結合、及實踐科學史融入教材與教法中 的範例,因而得以確保學生能夠真正從科學史融入科學教學中獲得種種益處。另外,為了使 科學史融入科學教學的理念能為科學教師深刻的認識,而成功的實踐此一理念,還必須建立 一套科學史融入科學教學的師資培育模式。最後,本文主張「以科學史哲為經師,向科學史 哲借創意,無論是科學教育研究者或工作者,均能夠從科學史與科學哲學的豐富寶藏中,創 建出科學教學與學習之最佳理論與有效途徑。 |
英文摘要 | History and philosophy of science are increasingly important in the fields of science education. Many science educators have suggested that it is useful to teach science through history and philosophy of science. By doing this, the learning could be enhanced, the thinking could be initiated, and the views and attitudes toward nature of science could be more easily grasped by the students. On these grounds, the paper is to inquire how to incorporate history of science with science teaching. In order to make it, there are two suggestions: (1) to develop an approach which is useful to incorporate history of science with science materials. (2) to develop an approach which is useful to increase teachers' ability to teach the history of science. |
