英文摘要 | The forming blank transfer mechanism consists of a clamping mechanism, lifting mechanism, and transfer mechanism. This work presents a systematic approach to the design of forming blank transfer mechanisms, including the conceptual design of clamping, lifting, and transfe mechanisms, the structural synthesis of toggle mechanisms, and the system design of forming blank transfer mechanisms. Based on Yan's methodology for creative mechanism design, we synthesize the design concepts for clamping, lifting, and transfer mechanisms. According to the concept that a toggle mechanism in its dead-position possesses an infinite mechanical advantage and some links of which in a loop is collinear, we synthesize four-and six-bar, with-sliders toggle mechanisms. Finally, based on the above results, we generate seven design concepts for forming blank transfer mechanisms. |
