中文摘要 | 直幹相思樹幼苗栽植於四種石灰濃度(0,0.68,2.04,3.41g╱ kg乾土)與三種磷肥(CaHPO�瓷^濃度(0,27,81mg╱kg)組合之酸性貧 瘠土壤中, 經接種內生菌根菌(VAMF) Glomus etunicatum 與根瘤菌處理,在溫室培 養二十週後,測定各處理對於菌根菌感染率植株生長與固氮作用之影響。直幹相思樹在原始 土壤(pH4.29,有效磷5.6ppm)中生長,接種根瘤菌(R)處理者有結瘤不良 與生長遲滯之現象,而雙重接種(菌根菌+根瘤菌)(M)處理者,則根瘤形成略為增加, 植株生長亦較顯著增加。原始土壤施加磷肥後,因未施石灰改良pH值,R處理苗木之結瘤 僅略為增加,但M處理苗木則結瘤與植株生長較R處理顯著增加,且隨磷肥施用量增加而升 高。單獨施用石灰處理,則土壤中磷肥缺乏,R處理苗木結瘤與植株生長未獲改善,但M處 理苗木因有菌根菌之協助吸收養分,故其結瘤與生長較之R處理顯著增加;R與M處理均未 因石灰施用量增加而提高結瘤量與生長。本試驗經施用石灰0.68g╱kg乾土與磷肥8 1mg╱kg乾土,提高pH值至4.78,同時接種內生菌根菌,即獲得良好結瘤與植株 生長。在酸性貧瘠土壤中種植豆科植物,希望結瘤與生長較佳,則須同時施加石灰與磷肥, 並接種內生菌根菌。 |
英文摘要 | Acacia mangium Willd. was grown in a greenhouse in a sterilized, low P and acid soils with a combination of four lime levels (0,0.68,2.04,3.41g/kg dry soil) and three phosphorus levels (0,27,81mg/kg dry soil), and inoculated with vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (VAMF) Glomus etunicatum and Rhizobium sp. Mycorrhizal infection, leaf area, plant growth, nodule dry weight and nitrogen fixation were measured, when seedlings of various treatments were twenty weeks old. Grown in the initial soils (pH 4.29, available P 5.6 ppm), Acacia mangium seedlings showed less nodulation and stunt growth when treated with Rhizobium only. However, seedlings of dual inoculation (VAMF + Rhizobium sp.) beared more nodlues and had greater growth than those of Rhizobium treatment. Phosphate applied on the initial soils could only nodulate a little bit for Rhizobium sp. treatment. Only seedlings with dual inoculation(M)increased more nodules and plant growth. The amount of nodules increase were proportional to the increase of phosphate application. Liming alone could not improve nodulation and plant growth, because phosphate still deficient. The seedlings of dual inoculation (M) increased nodulation and plant growth when grown in a combination of lime and phosphate. In this study, the application of lime (0.68g/kg) and phosphorus (81mg/kg) could increased soil pH to 4.78. In this level of woils, seedlings with dual inoculation could increase nodulation and enhance plant growth. Under acid soils, it is important to lime and apply phosphate and inoculate with VAMF for the growth of leguminous trees. |
