中文摘要 | 相思樹(Acacia confuse Merr.)為台灣全省各地低海拔之重要造林樹種,由於其苗木根系易與根瘤菌(Rhizobium spp.)共生產生根瘤而具有固氮作用,故魴適合生長在貧瘠林地。本就究利用同位素15N稀釋技術以評估相思樹幼苗根瘤固氮作用之貢獻。相思樹僅接種根瘤菌(AR)及接種根菌並施用硝酸銨(NH4NO3,ARF)等二種處理組;另以相思樹栽植於殺菌土壞且不接種,使不產生根瘤之處理供為對照組(AC)。各處理苗木均栽植於裝有6kg土壞之分離式植栽盆內,土壤均經高溫高壓減菌。同位素肥料之施用,每盆各以0.1544g之60atom%硫酸銨(15NH4)2SO4溶液施用,供試苗木置於森林系苗圃簡易溫室培養。試驗9個月之結果顯示,各處理平均單株乾重量分別為44.91、13.54與4.66g,均呈顯著差異,施用硝酸銨對根瘤形有抑制作用。對照組植株之全氮量%(TKN%),與處理組並無顯著差異。AR及ARF處理之全株平均同位素15N超量原子百分率濃度(15N atom% excess)分別為0.972及1.546,而對照組(AC)為2.608,顯示接種根瘤菌植株之15N atom% excess濃度明顯被稀釋。由對照組全株所含同位素15N atom% excess濃度所計算處理組苗木之根固氮貢獻分別為AR 62%及ARF41%,兩處理相較具有顯著之差異。本研究結果顯示接種根瘤菌處理者具有較大的固氮貢獻,而施用硝酸銨則抑制根瘤固氮能力。由此推論每公頃相思樹幼苗第一年至少由生物固氮固定1.25kg之氮素。 |
英文摘要 | Acacia confuse Merr. Is one of the important forest-tree species in low land of Taiwan. The roots are also easily to symbiosis with Rhizobium to form nodules for fixing nitrogen This species is suitable for reforestation under improverished land. This study used 15N isotope dilution methods for evaluating the contribution of symbiotic nitrogen fixation in A. confuse Merr. Seedlings of A. confuse were inoculated with Rhizobium (AR) and some seedlings applied with liquid ammonium nitrate as another test group (ARF). The control acacia seedling were grown in the sterilized soils and without any inoculation (AC). The seedlings of each treatment were grown in the pot with 6 kg soils and all the soils used were sterilized. The labeled isotope 60 atom% (15NH4)2SO4 were applied as liquid of 0.1544 g per pot. The tested plants were grown in the greenhouse in the Department of Forestry for 9 months. Results showed that mean individual dry weight among all treatments were 44.91, 13.54 and 4.66g respectively and also significantly different, Fertilizaiton of ammonium nitrite exhibited inhibition of nodulation in seedlings. The concentration of total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN%) were not differ significantly between test and control groups. The mean concentration of weighted isotope 15N atom% excess per individual of AR and AF plants were 0.972 and 1.549, respectively, and AC plants was 2.608. The results showed that concentration of plant 15N atom% excess were diluted obviously in Rhizobium inoculated plants. The mean contribution of nodule fixed nitrogen calculated by the weighted isotope 15N atom% excess of AC plants were AR 62%, and ARF 41%, respectively. Among the nitrogen fixing treatments, contribution of nodule fixed nitrogen in AR had higher efficiency than ARF. It was deuced in the first year the seedlings of A. confuse fixed nitrogen biologically at least 1.25 kg per hectare. |
