| 中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討船用鋁合金/軟鋼結構轉接頭(Al-Alloy/Steel Structural Transition Joint, STJ)其結合介面破壞時之界面韌性(Interfacial Toughness)或臨界能量釋放率(Critical Energy Release Rate, Gc)值之大小。理論的分析,是以二種等方向性彈性體來替代實際上可能含有之三至四層不同材料之結構轉接頭。藉由基本的拉伸,四點彎曲實驗,吾人得以明瞭該結構轉接頭破壞時之韌性。同時為了了解實際使用時,銲接入熱量對結構轉接頭的影響,本文也將一併討論。實驗結果顯示,結構轉接頭之破壞韌性,隨著模態二的受力 (剪力) 增加而增加;但其韌性在溫度超過400 ℃後,而發生驟降的現象。 |
| 英文摘要 | This work studies the interfacial strength and the intefacial toughness of the Al-alloy/Steel structural transition joint using by the shipbuilding industries. Instead of using the 3 to 4 different materials in a real marine STJ material, the bi-material interfacial problem is considered in the analysis. With Ram tensile test, simple tensile test, and the four point bending test, the strength and the toughness of the Al-alloy/Steel interface can be found. The influences on the interfacial properties due to various welding heat input are also discussed. It is found that the interfacial toughness of the STJ increases as the mode II loading (Shearing mode) increases. Both of the strength and the toughness of the STJ interface drop sharply once the heating temperature over 400℃. |
