中文摘要 | 本文通過對�B(Naphthalene)的物理性質及其與某些添加劑尤其是聚�B乙烯( Polystyrene )加入後產生的影響進行研究分析探討。�B基模型材料具有熔點低、凝固收縮 小,不易吸潮等特點且可採用低壓壓注或重力澆注成型,適於用來製作大型、複雜、精密尤 其是厚實的大型熔(蠟)模。經多次反覆試驗,研製出性能良好之�B基模料的性能特點和注 意事項。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper is to investigate the physical properties of naphthalene and the effects of adding some additivies especially polystyrene to the naphthalene. The testing results show that naphthalene base material has low melting point, low solidification shrinkage, moistless, and can be molded by low pressure or gravity pouring method. Therefore, it is suitable for making complicated、 precise、 largescale wax pattern, especially thick ones. According to repeated experiments, the composition of the naphthalene base material with good properties has been found, and the properties of the material and some points for attentions are also described. |
