中文摘要 | 影響航商選擇轉運中心港之條件非常多,其中最重要的因素就是港埠所在地本身 進出口運量之多寡。高雄港雖然已是世界上排名第三的知名貨櫃港,但是近年來由於產業轉 型,導致貨櫃進出口運量之成長緩慢,再加上貨櫃輪的大型化,部份航商在無法滿足其經濟 承載率的情況下,只得調整其航線至大陸發展,這種情況對於欲發展為海運轉運中心之高雄 港來說是極為不利的。因此,本文依據航商選擇轉運中心所考慮的原則,比較高雄港與香港 及新加坡港之條件後,建議:促進臨海產業發展,提高臺灣地區貨櫃進出口運量,以及促成 海峽兩岸海運之早日通航,來增強高雄港競爭轉運櫃之能力。 |
英文摘要 | There are many factors affect liners to choose a port as a regional transhipment center. Among them, the most concerned issue is the volume of the traffic which a port may attracted. Port of Kaoshing has been the third largest container port in the world, however, the slow industrial transition in Taiwan area in the recent years, also slow the growth of containered traffic volume through Port of Kaoshing. As a result, there are liners have to alter their bases to mainland China instead of staying at Port of Kaoshing. This situation has put the port in a bad position in competing with nearby ports as a relay center. After study all the terms which liners most concered about selecting a transhipment center. The author suggests that related incentive schems should be taken to facilitate the continuous local economic growth. Besides, the direct-call between two sides of Taiwan strait is better to be accomplished as soon as possible. |
