中文摘要 | 鋼板場加速冷卻系統於82╱11裝機完成並進行各項運轉測試,在歷經一年多 之調機試車及線上測試後,終於83╱12通過驗收程序正式加入中鋼生產行列。此後在不 到一年間,即陸陸續續開發出以 TMCP 製程為主之高強度鋼板、通過八國船協認證、及接單 生產幾批油管與結構用鋼。85╱03起又因中鋼運通委託中船建造的三艘輪船決定採用此 製程的自製鋼板,此系統即進入大批訂單量產的階段。 於此兩年多來無論在調機試車或線上生產過程,此系統經過不少修正調整及功能改善,其或 來自原設計廠商 (MDS,德國 ) 之建議或源於同仁自力改善之結晶,個人認為有必要將此寶 貴經驗記述傳承,以為日後維護及改善之參考。本文首從介紹此系統的製程控制與功能著手 ,進而說明當初所面臨之幾項重大問題及解決對策,最後則由實際參與整段過程之經驗,略 述此系統尚待解決之問題及改善之方向。 |
英文摘要 | The China Steel Accelerated Cooling (CSAC) System was installed and started operational test in Oct. 1993. After 13 months of load test and fine tuning, it passed the Final Acceptance Test in Dec. 1994. In the subsequent year, China Steel had developed through TMCP process various High Strength Low Alloy Plates for API and structural steel, and at the same time achieved the Manufacture approvals of Hull Steel Plate from the well known shipping Bureaus or Registries in different countries. The system now has reached the mature stage of mass production. This paper mainly introduces the process control and computer architecture of CSAC. In addition, some valuable experiences gained from the load test and fine tuning, particularly the technique and improvement used to solve the critical problems, were also explained in detail. Finally, the anthor points out some unsolved problems and the direction for further improvements. |
