中文摘要 | 精軋製程溫度控制是熱軋製程控制的基礎,各項製程因素都因溫度而改變,不僅 是操作穩定與否的重要指標,也是決定產品品質的關鍵。為配合第一熱軋工場電控設備更新 計劃之進行,精軋溫控系統亦隨之更新,電控系統由美國奇異公司提供,相關之程控軟體置 於 LEVEL Ⅱ之 ALPHA 2100 電腦中, I/O 則透過 Genius Block 執行之。電控設備更新計 劃於 86 年 8 月進行最後階段之工作,並於 87 年 5 月完成 FAT 測試, 達到合約的功能 規範要求。不僅完軋溫度命中率獲得顯著的提升,剔退率亦隨之大幅降低。更新後之精軋溫 控系統已歷經一年之穩定操作,維持良好精軋溫控水準。 |
英文摘要 | The finishing mill exit temperature is one of the most important process variables in hot strip mill Many process variables are functions of the finishing exit temperature. It plays not only an important index of stable operation but also the key role of product quality control. CSC No.1 hot strip mill proceeded the electrical and automation system revamping projects since 1994, the finishing exit temperature control system was also renewed. The automation system was supplied by the General Electric Corporation DEC ALPHA 2100 was adopted as the level Ⅱ computer, contains all related software, and all I/O is executed through Genius Block. The production started with the new system on August 1997, and achieved final acceptance test on May 1998. Not only the on target rate of finishing mill exit temperature was significantly promoted, the rejection rate was also greatly reduced. New system has been steadily operated for more than one year, and keeps good performance on finishing mill exit temperature control. |
