英文摘要 | Hot charge rate ( HCR ) is one of important index of whole casting rolling technology in steel company. It plays not only an important index of stable product quality control but also the key role of energy saving, process time from steel casting to hot rolling shortening and carbon dioxide (C0□) emission reducing. So improved the hot charge rate of is an important objective in management and diligent target of task force. Task force, started up on July 1, 1996, continously improve the hot charge rate from 27% to 49.98% in the nearest three years. Moreover, a new record of 56.43% was innovated in MAY, 1999. This paper presents a brief introduction of improving slab hot charge rate" in No.1 HSM. |
