英文摘要 | The Er-lin mill of Long-Chen Paper Co. is an industrial paper mill uses 100%wastepaper stock to manufacture liner board and corrugated medisum. Based on an analysis of the production and energy consumpyion data from 1988 to 1999, the production has grown 43%, but the consumption of heat equivalent increased only 11% After installing a cogeneration facility on the mill site, the emission of CO �� actually reduced by 18%. In the article, the strategies for resucing CO �� and energy consumption are presented in 3 aspects: environmental protection practices for raw material and resource recycling: process improvement and more efficient energy use; and elevating the production management efficiency. In conclusion, through more then a decade's efforts, unit energy consumption of the product reduced 22%, and the emission of CO �� lowered 23%. |
